EMS CALL 2003 (CLOSED)

The 2003 Call of the EMSī Small Research Grants Program, was focused on the sustainable use of water within urban contexts. The deadline for submission of proposals was due on September 22, 2003. We thank all participants.

Multi-stakeholder Partnerships for the Sustainable use of water in urban areas

The EMS Small Funds Programme for Municipal Research received around 90 research proposals for its recent call. The proposals focused on the issue of Multi-sector Partnerships for Sustainable Management of Water in cities.

After a long evaluation process conducted jointly with a panel of international evaluators from specialized United Nations agencies (UNEP, UN-HABITAT, UNESCO and UNDP), 10 projects were selected for support.
